Last Out Loans Turnover Amount means an amount up to $650,000 in the aggregate to be paid for the benefit of Holders of General Unsecured Claims, which shall be paid from (i) the first $200,000 of any proceeds distributed to Holders of Last Out DIP Loan Claims on account of such Claims, plus (ii) 50 percent of each dollar received in excess of the first $200,000 of any such proceeds distributed to the Holders of Last Out DIP Loan Claims up to a total maximum amount of $650,000 (inclusive of the first $200,000 of proceeds paid).
