Last Permissible Physical Settlement Date definition

Last Permissible Physical Settlement Date means the date falling 30 calendar days following the Physical Settlement Date or, if the Calculation Agent determines in its sole discretion that the relevant impossibility, illegality or impracticability will not be remedied within such time or that it is not practicable to Deliver some or all of the Portfolio following receipt of the Reference Asset Transfer Notice, any earlier date occurring prior to, on or after the Physical Settlement Date as selected by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion.
Last Permissible Physical Settlement Date means the thirtieth calendar day following the Physical Settlement Date.

Related to Last Permissible Physical Settlement Date

  • Physical Settlement Date means the date (which may occur after the Scheduled Maturity Date) specified as such in the Intended Physical Settlement Notice falling 10 Business Days after the date of the Intended Physical Settlement Notice.

  • Make-Whole Fundamental Change means any transaction or event that constitutes a Fundamental Change (as defined above and determined after giving effect to any exceptions to or exclusions from such definition, but without regard to the proviso in clause (b) of the definition thereof).
