Last Resort Service definition

Last Resort Service means the service provided by the Distribution Company pursuant to the Distribution Company’s tariffs, on file with the R.I.P.U.C.
Last Resort Service means the provision of Requirements by Seller at the Delivery Point to Narragansett to meet all needs of Last Resort Service Customers.
