Latest Exercise Date definition

Latest Exercise Date means the latest date on which an Option or Right as the case may be, may be exercised, as designated by the Company at the time the Option or Right is granted;
Latest Exercise Date means the latest date on which an Option may be exercised.
Latest Exercise Date means the latest date on which an Option may be exercised, which shall be the seventh anniversary of the Date of Grant unless otherwise determined by the Corporation, but in no event later than the tenth anniversary of the Date of Grant;

Latest Exercise Date means the latest date on which an Option or SAR, as the case may be, may be exercised, as designated by the Corporation at the time the Option or SAR is granted, provided that if such date should occur during a Blackout Period, or within 10 Business Days of the end of a Blackout Period, subject to Applicable Law, such date shall be deemed to be the date that is the tenth Business Day following the date of expiry of such Blackout Period;
Latest Exercise Date means the latest date on which an Option may be exercised, as designated by the REIT at the time the Option is granted, provided that if such date should occur during a Blackout Period, within ten Business Days of the end of a Blackout Period, subject to applicable law.

  • New Exercise Date means a new Exercise Date if the Administrator shortens any Offering Period then in progress.
