Law Directory definition

Law Directory means the directory of solicitors and firms published by the Society each year;
Law Directory means the directory of registered lawyers and firms published by the Society each year;
Law Directory means the directory of solicitors, registered lawyers and firms maintained and published by the Society from time to time;

  • In the event that Indemnitee and the Company are unable to agree on the selection of the special independent counsel, such special independent counsel shall be selected by lot from among at least five law firms with offices in the State of Delaware having more than fifty attorneys, having a rating of “av” or better in the then current Martindale Xxxxxxx Law Directory and having attorneys which specialize in corporate law.

  • In the event that the Parties hereto are unable to agree on the selection of such outside counsel, such outside counsel shall be selected by lot by the outside counsel regularly employed by Overseas from among the Los Angeles, California law firms having more than twenty (20) attorneys and having a rating of "av" or better in the then current Xxxxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxx Law Directory.

  • In the event that Indemnitee and the Company are unable to agree on the selection of the special independent counsel, such special independent counsel shall be selected by lot from among at least five law firms with offices in the State of Delaware having more than fifty attorneys, having a rating of “av” or better in the then current Martindale Hxxxxxx Law Directory and having attorneys which specialize in corporate law.

  • Bishops are reminded that if the ministry of a deacon becomes ineffective or even harmful due to some personal difficulties or irresponsible behavior, his ministerial assignment and faculties are to be withdrawn by the diocesan bishop in accord with Canon Law (Directory 100).

  • If the Company objects to the alternate selection the Indemnitee may either seek a judicial determination that such objections were inappropriate or else the Indemnitee may direct that the Company select Independent Counsel by lot from among the North Carolina firms having more than 25 attorneys and having a rating of “av” or better in the then current Xxxxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxx Law Directory.

However, “New Director” shall not include a director whose initial assumption of office is in connection with an actual or threatened election contest, including but not limited to a consent solicitation relating to the election of directors of the Company.

  • Athletic director means an individual responsible for administering the overall athletic program of an educational institution or, if an educational institution has separately administered athletic programs for male students and female students, the athletic program for males or the athletic program for females, as appropriate.

  • Assistant Director means the Asstt. Director of the Authority, as the case may be.

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.
