L/C Participation Fee definition

L/C Participation Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(c).
L/C Participation Fee is defined in Section 2.1(b) hereof.
L/C Participation Fee is defined in Section 3.1(b).

More Definitions of L/C Participation Fee

L/C Participation Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 1.6(a) hereof.
L/C Participation Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term --------------------- in (S) 1.6(b).
L/C Participation Fee means the US L/C Participation Fee and/or the Multicurrency L/C Participation Fee, as the context may require.

L/C Participation Fee means the U.S. L/C Participation Fee, Canadian L/C Participation Fee, French L/C Participation Fee, German L/C Participation Fee, Spanish L/C Participation Fee and/or U.K. L/C Participation Fee, as the context may require.
L/C Participation Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.12(b). “Latest Maturity Date” shall mean, at any date of determination, the latest Revolving Facility Maturity Date or the latest Term Facility Maturity Date, in each case, then in effect on such date of determination. 46 Doc#: US1:15347125v11
L/C Participation Fee at a rate per annum equal to the Applicable Margin (computed on the basis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as the case may be, and the actual number of days elapsed) in effect during each day of such quarter applied to the daily average face amount of Letters of Credit outstanding during such quarter. In addition, the Borrower shall pay to the L/C Issuer for its own account the L/C Issuer’s standard issuance, drawing, negotiation, amendment, assignment and other administrative fees for each Letter of Credit. Such standard fees referred to in the preceding sentence may be established by the L/C Issuer from time to time as notified to the Borrower in writing.
