LC Payment definition

LC Payment has the meaning attributed to it in Section 18.3(d).
LC Payment means a payment by an Issuing Lender of a draft or demand drawn under a Letter of Credit.
LC Payment has the meaning attributed to it in section 2.3 of this ERA Plan.

Examples of LC Payment in a sentence

  • All such amounts paid by the LC Issuer and remaining unpaid by the Borrower shall bear interest, payable on demand, for each day until paid at a rate per annum equal to (x) the rate applicable to Floating Rate Advances for such day if such day falls on or before the applicable LC Payment Date and (y) the sum of 2% plus the rate applicable to Floating Rate Advances for such day if such day falls after such LC Payment Date.

  • Each such payment by a Lender shall be made not later than 3:00 P.M. on the later to occur of (i) the Business Day immediately following the date of such payment by such LC Issuing Bank and (ii) the Business Day on which such Lender shall have received an LC Payment Notice from such LC Issuing Bank.

  • Upon receipt from the beneficiary of any Facility LC of any demand for payment under such Facility LC, the LC Issuer shall notify the Agent and the Agent shall promptly notify the Borrower and each other Lender as to the amount to be paid by the LC Issuer as a result of such demand and the proposed payment date (the "LC Payment Date").

  • However, as a special case in foreign supply only, 90% Letter of Credit (LC) Payment term may be accepted against dispatch of required documents as per PO terms and PBG and balance 10% payment via wire transfer/RTGS will be released only after satisfactory installation report and other documents as per PO terms received from the user department from the firm.

  • All such amounts paid by the applicable LC Issuer and remaining unpaid by the Company shall bear interest, payable on demand, for each day until paid at a rate per annum equal to (x) the rate applicable to Floating Rate Advances for such day if such day falls on or before the applicable LC Payment Date and (y) the sum of 1.00% plus the rate applicable to Floating Rate Advances for such day if such day falls after such LC Payment Date.

  • Upon receipt of such notice, the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender of such LC Payment Date, the amount of the unpaid Reimbursement Obligations and such Lender’s Pro Rata Share thereof.

  • LC Payment Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.04(e).

  • LC Participation Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(c).

  • LC Participant has the meaning provided in Section 2.05(g)(i).

  • L/C Participants means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the collective reference to all the Revolving Credit Lenders other than the applicable Issuing Lender.

  • LC means Letter of Credit

  • Drawing Fee means, with respect to each Draft drawn by TCCI and purchased by any Person on any Drawing Date and subject to the provisions of Section 2.15, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Applicable Rate times the aggregate Face Amount of the Draft, multiplied by (ii) a fraction the numerator of which is the number of days in the term to maturity of such Draft and the denominator of which is 365 or 366, as applicable.

  • Letter of Credit Payment means any amount paid or required to be paid by the Issuing Lender in its capacity hereunder as issuer of a Letter of Credit as a result of a draft or other demand for payment under any Letter of Credit.

  • Letter of Credit Disbursement means a payment made by Issuing Bank pursuant to a Letter of Credit.

  • Issuing Lender Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c).

  • Applicable Letter of Credit Fee Rate shall mean the percentage rate per annum based on the Leverage Ratio then in effect according to the pricing grid on Schedule 1.1(A) below the heading “Letter of Credit Fee.” Applicable Margin shall mean, as applicable:

  • L/C Advance means, with respect to each Lender, such Lender’s funding of its participation in any L/C Borrowing in accordance with its Applicable Percentage.

  • Facing Fee shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.01(c).

  • Facility Letter of Credit Fee is defined in Section 2A.8.

  • Revolving Facility Percentage means, with respect to any Revolving Facility Lender of any Class, the percentage of the total Revolving Facility Commitments of such Class represented by such Lender’s Revolving Facility Commitment of such Class. If the Revolving Facility Commitments of such Class have terminated or expired, the Revolving Facility Percentages of such Class shall be determined based upon the Revolving Facility Commitments of such Class most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments pursuant to Section 9.04.

  • Letter of Credit Indemnified Costs has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.11(f) of the Agreement.

  • Facility Lender Any lender(s) or tax equity financing party providing any Facility Debt and any successor(s) or assigns thereto, collectively.

  • Letter of Credit Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(h).

  • Letter of Credit Obligation means, as of any date of determination, the aggregate amount available to be drawn under all outstanding Letters of Credit on such date (if any Letter of Credit shall increase in amount automatically in the future, such aggregate amount available to be drawn shall currently give effect to any such future increase) plus the aggregate Reimbursement Obligations and Letter of Credit Borrowings on such date.

  • Issuing Bank Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.12(b).

  • Revolving Facility Lender means a Lender (including an Incremental Revolving Facility Lender) with a Revolving Facility Commitment or with outstanding Revolving Facility Loans.

  • Letter of Credit Liability means, all reimbursement and other liabilities of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries with respect to each Lender Letter of Credit, whether contingent or otherwise, including: (a) the amount available to be drawn or which may become available to be drawn; (b) all amounts which have been paid or made available by any Lender issuing a Lender Letter of Credit or any bank issuing a Bank Letter of Credit to the extent not reimbursed; and (c) all unpaid interest, fees and expenses related thereto.

  • Participation Fee means the amount payable by the Participant to the Council for the right to participate in the Hong Kong Pavilion at the Exhibition, as specified in Section I of the Application Form.

  • Letter of Credit Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • LC Fee is defined in Section 2.19.4.

  • Letter of Credit Obligations means all outstanding obligations incurred by Agent and Lenders at the request of Borrower, whether direct or indirect, contingent or otherwise, due or not due, in connection with the issuance of Letters of Credit by Agent or another L/C Issuer or the purchase of a participation as set forth in Annex B with respect to any Letter of Credit. The amount of such Letter of Credit Obligations shall equal the maximum amount that may be payable by Agent or Lenders thereupon or pursuant thereto.
