LC Rate definition

LC Rate a rate per annum equal to the Applicable Margin with ------- respect to Eurodollar Advances plus, after the occurrence and during the continuance of a Default or Event of Default under Section 9.1(a), (b) (with respect to interest, the Commitment Fee, the LC Fronting Fee or the Letter of Credit Fee), (h) or (i), 2%.
LC Rate means a rate per annum equal to one and one-half of one percent (1.50%).
LC Rate means the annual rate equal to the Applicable Rate.

  • The Borrower shall pay a fee (the "Letter of Credit Fee") equal to the Applicable L/C Rate on the Maximum Drawing Amount of the Letters of Credit to the Administrative Agent for the account of the Banks, to be shared pro rata by the Banks in accordance with their respective Commitment Percentages.

  • If there is any change in the L/C Rate during any quarter, the daily maximum amount of each Letter of Credit shall be computed and multiplied by the L/C Rate separately for each period during such quarter that such L/C Rate was in effect.

  • If there is any change in the L/C Rate during any quartermonth, the daily maximum amount of each Letter of Credit shall be computed and multiplied by the L/C Rate separately for each period during such quartermonth that such L/C Rate was in effect.

  • The Borrowers shall pay to the Agent a nonrefundable letter of credit fee, to be distributed by the Agent to each Revolving Credit Lender according to its Pro Rata Revolving Share, equal to the L/C Rate (as defined below) on the daily amount of outstanding issued Letters of Credit, payable monthly in arrears on the last day of each calendar month and on the Revolver Termination Date or such earlier date as the Revolving Credit Commitments shall terminate as provided herein.

  • The initial pricing for (a) the Applicable Facility Rate shall be 0.1000 % per annum, (b) the Applicable L/C Rate shall be 0.3500% per annum and (c) the Applicable Eurodollar Rate shall be the Eurodollar Rate plus 0.3500% per annum, and shall be effective until the notice of a change in the Senior Public Debt Rating.


More Definitions of LC Rate

LC Rate means the Three Month LIBOR.
LC Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(d).

Related to LC Rate

  • Letter of Credit Fee Rate means, at any time, the percentage rate per annum applicable to Letter of Credit Fees at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Swingline Rate means the Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin applicable to Base Rate Loans.

  • Applicable Letter of Credit Fee Rate means, at any time, with respect to Letters of Credit, the percentage rate per annum which is applicable at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Prime Rate Margin is set forth on Schedule I hereto.

  • Base Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum equal to the higher of (a) the Federal Funds Rate for such day plus one-half of one percent (0.5%) and (b) the Prime Rate for such day. Any change in the Base Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Federal Funds Rate shall be effective on the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or Federal Funds Rate.

  • Letter of Credit Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(h).

  • Base Rate Margin has the meaning set forth in the definition of Applicable Margin.

  • Letter of Credit Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • Undrawn Fee Rate For any VFN Class, the rate set forth or described in the related Indenture Supplement, if any. United States and U.S.: The United States of America.

  • Swing Line Rate means, (a) in respect of Swing Line Loans made in US Dollars or any Alternate Currency other than Canadian Dollars, for any Interest Period, the sum of (i) the rate per annum determined by the applicable Swing Line Agent as the rate of interest (rounded upward to the next 1/100th of 1%) at which deposits in the relevant currency for delivery on the first day of such Swing Line Loan in Same Day Funds in the approximate amount of the Swing Line Loan being made by such Swing Line Agent (or its affiliate) and with a term equivalent to such Interest Period would be offered by BNP Paribas London to major banks in the London or other offshore interbank market for such currency at their request at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the first day of such Swing Line Loan and (ii) the Applicable Rate, (b) in the case of Swing Line Loans made in Canadian Dollars, the sum of (i) the Canadian Prime Rate and (ii) the Applicable Rate and (c) in the case of Swing Line Loans made in Australian Dollars, for any Interest Period, the sum of (i) the rate per annum determined by the applicable Swing Line Agent as the rate of interest (rounded upward to the next 1/100th of 1%) at which deposits in Australian Dollars for delivery on the first day of such Swing Line Loan in Same Day Funds in the approximate amount of the Swing Line Loan being made by such Swing Line Agent (or its affiliate) and with a term equivalent to such Interest Period would be offered by BNP Paribas, Sydney Branch to major banks in Sydney at their request at approximately 11:00 a.m. (Sydney time) on the first day of such Swing Line Loan and (ii) the Applicable Rate.

  • Applicable Reference Rate means, for any Eurocurrency Rate Loan denominated in any LIBOR Quoted Currency or any LIBOR Floating Rate Loan, LIBOR, for any Eurocurrency Rate Loan denominated in Australian Dollars, BBSY, for any Eurocurrency Rate Loan denominated in Canadian Dollars, the CDOR Rate and for any Eurocurrency Rate Loan denominated in Mexican Pesos, TIIE, as applicable.

  • Applicable Prime Rate Margin shall have the meaning provided in section 2.7(g).

  • Loan Rate for any Mortgage Loan and on any day means the per annum rate of interest applicable under the related Credit Line Agreement to the calculation of interest for the day on the Asset Balance of the Mortgage Loan.

  • Applicable Margin means, with respect to Advances of any Type at any time, the percentage rate per annum which is applicable at such time with respect to Advances of such Type as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Revolving Interest Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Facility Fee Rate means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • Lease Rate means for each 2010-1 Lease, the rent charge portion of each Monthly Payment, calculated on a constant yield basis at an imputed interest rate.

  • Fee Rate means initially 0.25% per annum, which shall be subject to increase by 0.25% per annum for each Week in respect of which any Failure has occurred and is continuing.

  • Applicable Base Rate Margin means, on any day, a rate per annum equal to the higher of (a) the Applicable Eurocurrency Margin for such day minus 1.00% and (b) 0.00%.

  • LC Fee is defined in Section 2.19.4.
