LCIA Court definition

LCIA Court has the meaning set out in clause 32.2;

LCIA Court has the meaning set forth in Section 7.6(b);

• Upon receipt of such notice by the LCIA Court, the arbitration and any appointment of any arbitrator in relation to such Dispute will immediately terminate.
