Lead Indication definition

Lead Indication means the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory PTCL, where “PTCL” for this purpose is defined by the population included in the “PROPEL” study (PDX-008) or any subset(s) of such population.
Lead Indication means Sickle Cell Disease (SCD).
Lead Indication has the meaning set forth in Exhibit E.

Examples of Lead Indication in a sentence

  • GBT shall pay to Roche up to a total of fifty nine million, seven hundred fifty thousand US Dollars (US$59,750,000) in relation to the achievements of (i) the development events as described in the following schedule for any Product that achieves such event in Lead Indication first and (ii) the development events as described in the following schedule for any Product that achieves such event in Other Indication(s) first.

  • For clarity, GBT shall pay to Roche up to forty million, five hundred thousand US Dollars (US$40,500,000) for achievement of the events in the Lead Indication and nineteen million, two hundred fifty thousand US Dollars (US$19,250,000) for achievement of the events in the Other Indication(s)).

  • For clarity, Jazz’s Commercialization obligations under this Section 5.2 do not require Jazz to Commercialize the applicable HemOnc Product in more than one subtype, subgroup, or line of treatment of the Lead Indication.

  • After the expiration of the applicable Assessment Period, Jazz shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Develop the HemOnc Products for the Lead Indication in the United States and to achieve the Development milestones numbered 5 and 6 referenced in Exhibit 6.3 that specifically relate to the Lead Indication in the United States.

  • For clarity, Jazz’s Development obligations under this Section 4.4 do not require Jazz to Develop the HemOnc Products in more than one subtype, subgroup, or line of treatment for the Lead Indication.


More Definitions of Lead Indication

Lead Indication means Eosinophilic Esophagitis.
Lead Indication means the ILD Indication identified in the approved Development Plan as the Lead Indication, which will initially be pulmonary sarcoidosis.
