Lease Anniversary definition

Lease Anniversary refers to the anniversary of the Effective Date of the lease.
Lease Anniversary shall refer to the anniversary during each year of the term of this Lease of the first day of the calendar month during which the Lease term hereunder commenced.
Lease Anniversary means an anniversary of the Effective Date of this Lease.
