Section 18.1 Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, it is hereby agreed that the Lessee will be entitled to assign its obligations and rights under this Agreement, as an entire single unit, to an alternative lessee (hereinafter: the “Alternative Lessee”), who will continue operating the Leased Property for the Lease Purpose, as defined in this Agreement, for the remainder of the Lease Period in the Leased Property, and for the Lease Period only.
