Leasing Specialist definition

Leasing Specialist means any person or designee authorized by FMD to serve as the Selection Committee Chair and Request for Proposal Manager in the case of the RFP and also authorized by an Agency or local public body to negotiate or administer: requests for proposals, agreements, amendments, and make written determinations with respect thereto.
