Selection Committee Chair definition

Selection Committee Chair means the individual assigned by FMD (also referred to as “Leasing Specialist”), who shall guide the RFP process, provide lease process expertise to the selection committee members, and vote in the case of a tie. The selection committee chair will remain in place until a lease is signed and the performance bond is returned to the lessor.

Related to Selection Committee Chair

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Nomination and Remuneration Committee means a Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, constituted in accordance with the provisions of Section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement.

  • Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Review Committee means the committee assigned to review a contract for professional architectural, engineering and land surveying services, which shall include at least three persons designated by the Director and approved by the Executive Director.

  • Committee Member means a member of the Committee.

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.
