online platform means a provider of a hosting service which, at the request of a recipient of the service, stores and disseminates to the public information, unless that activity is a minor and purely ancillary feature of another service and, for objective and technical reasons cannot be used without that other service, and the integration of the feature into the other service is not a means to circumvent the applicability of this Regulation.
Hosting Platform means a hosted infrastructure to run the Cloud Service.
Trading Platform means all programs and technology that present quotes in real-time, allow the placement/modification/deletion of orders and calculation of all mutual obligations of the Client and the Company.
suspended platform means a working platform suspended from supports by means of one or more separate ropes from each support;
Provider Platform Application means an application or a set of related functionality deployed on a Platform Cloud Service, created by Provider using the Tools to run on or with the Platform Cloud Service for access by End Users.
Approved Electronic Platform has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.03(a).
Electronic Platform means such electronic and/or telecommunications facilities as may be approved by the Board from time to time that enable members to attend and participate simultaneously in a general meeting without attending a physical meeting place;

Emergency plan means a document outlining the responsibilities of personnel in an emergency.
Solid waste facility means a site, location, tract of land, installation, or building used for incineration, composting, sanitary landfilling, or other methods of disposal of solid wastes or, if the solid wastes consist of scrap tires, for collection, storage, or processing of the solid wastes; or for the transfer of solid wastes.
Electronic Product Code™ (EPC) means an identification scheme for universally identifying physical objects via RFID tags and other means. The standardized EPC data consists of an EPC (or EPC identifier) that uniquely identifies an individual object, as well as an optional filter value when judged to be necessary to enable effective and efficient reading of the EPC tags. In addition to this standardized data, certain classes of EPC tags will allow user-defined data. The EPC Tag Data Standards will define the length and position of this data, without defining its content.
Disaster Management Act means the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No.57 of 2002)
Multiple tomogram system means a computed tomography X-ray system which obtains X-ray transmission data simultaneously during a single scan to produce more than one tomogram.
Chemical dependency professional means a person certified as a chemical dependency professional by the department of health under chapter 18.205 RCW.
Tomographic plane means that geometric plane which is identified as corresponding to the output tomogram.
Public liability means any legal liability arising out of or resulting from a nuclear in- cident or precautionary evacuation (includ- ing all reasonable additional costs incurred by a State, or a political subdivision of a State, in the course of responding to a nu- clear incident or precautionary evacuation), except (1) claims under State or Federal Workmen’s Compensation Acts of employees of persons indemnified who are employed (a) at the location or, if the nuclear incident oc- curs in the course of transportation of the radioactive material, on the transporting ve- hicle, and (b) in connection with the licens- ee’s possession, use or transfer of the radio- active material; (2) claims arising out of an act of war; and (3) claims for loss of, or dam- age to, or loss of use of (a) property which is located at the location and used in connec- tion with the licensee’s possession, use, or transfer of the radioactive material, and (b) if the nuclear incident occurs in the course of transportation of the radioactive mate- rial, the transporting vehicle, containers used in such transportation, and the radio- active material.
Solid Waste Disposal Site means, as defined in NCGS 130A-290(a)(36), any place at which solid wastes are disposed of by incineration, sanitary landfill, or any other method.
Green Tag Reporting Rights means the right of a purchaser of renewable energy to report ownership of accumulated “green tags” in compliance with and to the extent permitted by applicable Law and include, without limitation, rights under Section 1605(b) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992, and any present or future federal, state or local certification program or emissions trading program, including pursuant to the WREGIS Operating Rules.
National Contingency Plan or “NCP” shall mean the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan promulgated pursuant to Section 105 of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9605, codified at 40 C.F.R. Part 300, and any amendments thereto.
Electronic prescription means a written prescription that is generated on an electronic application and is transmitted to a pharmacy as an electronic data file; Schedules II through V prescriptions shall be transmitted in accordance with 21 CFR Part 1300.
