Legal Agreements definition

Legal Agreements means the legal agreements for a Project to which the Bank is a party.

Legal Agreements means collectively, all of such agreements.

Legal Agreements means: (a) in the case of a Project supported by a Loan, the Loan Agreement, the Member Guarantee Agreement (if the Recipient is not the Member), the Project Agreement (if applicable) and all ancillary agreements for the Project to which the Bank is a party; and (b) in the case of a Project supported by a Guarantee, the Guarantee Agreement, the Member Indemnity Agreement, the Project Agreement (if applicable), and all ancillary legal agreements or documents for the Project to which the Bank is a party.

More Definitions of Legal Agreements

Legal Agreements means the legal agreements providing for the Bank’s financing of a Project.
