Legal age means twenty-one years of age or more.
legal practitioner means an advocate, vakil or an attorney of any High Court, and includes a pleader in practice.
Legal Adviser means the properly qualified person appointed by the Trust to provide legal advice.
Legal Advisor means the officer responsible for providing legal advice to the Standards Committee. This may be the Monitoring Officer, another legally qualified officer of the authority, or someone appointed for this purpose from outside the authority.
Counselor means an educator who provides full-time counseling and guidance services and holds the relevant certificate from SBEC.
School counselor means an educator who provides full-time counseling and guidance services and holds the relevant certificate from SBEC.
Registered lobbyist means a person registered under Title 36, Chapter 11,
United States Alien means any Person who, for United States Federal income tax purposes, is a foreign corporation, a non-resident alien individual, a non-resident alien fiduciary of a foreign estate or trust, or a foreign partnership one or more of the members of which is, for United States Federal income tax purposes, a foreign corporation, a non-resident alien individual or a non-resident alien fiduciary of a foreign estate or trust.
Deputy Mayor means the councillor who is appointed by council, pursuant to section 34 of this bylaw, to act as mayor in the absence or incapacity of the mayor.
registered proprietor , in relation to a trade mark, means the person for the time being entered in the register as proprietor of the trade mark;
Legal guardian means a person recognized by a court of law as having the duty of taking care of the person and managing the property and rights of an individual that is placed with such person by judgment, decree or other order of any court of competent jurisdiction.
Alien means a person who is not a Commonwealth citizen, a British protected person or a citizen of the Republic of Ireland;
Specialist medical practitioner means a specialist as defined in section 3 of the Health Insurance Act 1973.
Legal Services means services of a legal or financial nature and includes any part of such services, and for the avoidance of doubt, includes (without limitation):-
School security officer means a person who is employed by a board of education of any school district for the purpose of aiding and supplementing state and local law enforcement agencies in which the school district is located, but is not a law enforcement officer or police officer.
Counsellor means the public utility counsel.
registered graduate means a graduate registered under this Act;
Registered agent means the registered agent of:
registered person means a person who is registered under section 25 but does not include a person having a Unique Identity Number;
home address means, in relation to a person—
Deputy Minister - means the Deputy of a Minister or the Head of a ministry as defined in this agreement;
Registered entity means a covered entity, opt-in entity,
civil servant means a person who is a member of a civil service of the Province, or who holds a civil post in connection with the affairs of the Province, but does not include-
Professional counselor means a person who practices counseling as defined in § 54.1-3500.
registered medical practitioner means a medical practitioner registered under the Medical Act 1971 [Act 50];
Treasurer-Tax Collector means the Treasurer and Tax Collector of the County of Los Angeles. (Ord. No. 2009-0026 § 1 (part), 2009.)
