  • Devon shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate with the applicable Holder covered by this Agreement to effect removal of the legend on such Registrable Securities pursuant to this Section 2.08 as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery of notice from such Holder that the conditions to removal are satisfied (together with any Legend Removal Documents).

  • Phone/Electronic Transaction Security Procedures means security procedures for Phone/ Electronic Transactions as provided in writing to the Underwriter.
