Overdue Rate means, on any date, a per annum rate of interest equal to the lesser of fifteen percent (15%) and the maximum rate then permitted under applicable law.
Overdue Interest Rate means, with respect to any Class, the Interest Rate applicable to such Class.
Past Due Rate means the lesser of (a) with respect to (i) any payment made to a Noteholder under any Series of Equipment Notes, the Debt Rate then applicable to such Series plus 1% and (ii) any other payment made under any Operative Document to any other Person, the Debt Rate plus 1% (computed on the basis of a year of 360 days comprised of twelve 30-day months) and (b) the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
Overdue Payment shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.03(a).
Maximum Mortgage Rate With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the percentage set forth in the related Mortgage Note as the maximum Mortgage Rate thereunder.
Base premium rate means, for each class of business as to a rating period, the lowest premium rate charged or that could have been charged under the rating system for that class of business by the small employer carrier to small employers with similar case characteristics for health benefit plans with the same or similar coverage.
Interest Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term or analogous term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Minimum Mortgage Rate With respect to each Adjustable-Rate Mortgage Loan, the percentage set forth in the related Mortgage Note as the minimum Mortgage Rate thereunder.
Default Interest Rate is two percent above the base lending rate of Barclays Bank PLC, as varied from time to time;
Overdue Scheduled Payment means any Scheduled Payment which is not in fact received by the Subordination Agent within five days after the Scheduled Payment Date relating thereto.
Monthly Rent means the monthly installment of Minimum Annual Rent plus the monthly installment of estimated Annual Operating Expenses payable by Tenant under this Lease.
Mortgage Rate The annual rate of interest borne by a Mortgage Note from time to time.
Overdue Amount means any amount required to be paid by the Issuer under any of the Finance Documents but not made available to the Bondholders on the relevant Payment Date or otherwise not paid on its applicable due date.
Additional Rents means amounts payable under any Lease for (i) the payment of additional rent based upon a percentage of the Tenant’s business during a specified annual or other period (sometimes referred to as “percentage rent”), (ii) so-called common area maintenance or “CAM” charges, and (iii) so called “escalation rent” or additional rent based upon such tenant’s allocable share of insurance, real estate taxes or operating expenses or labor costs or cost of living or xxxxxx’x wages or otherwise.
Base Rent Period Annual Rate Per Square Foot Monthly Base Rent
Maximum Net Mortgage Rate With respect to any adjustable rate Mortgage Loan and any date of determination, the Maximum Mortgage Rate minus the sum of (i) the Subservicing Fee Rate and (ii) the Servicing Fee Rate. MERS: Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, or any successor thereto.
Percentage Rent As defined in Subsection 3.1(b).
Additional Rent means all amounts payable by the Tenant under this Lease except Base Rent, whether or not specifically designated as Additional Rent elsewhere in this Lease;
Net Mortgage Rate With respect to any Mortgage Loan (or the related REO Property) as of any date of determination, a per annum rate of interest equal to the then applicable Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan minus the Servicing Fee Rate.
Ground Rent means any rent, additional rent or other charge payable by the tenant under the Ground Lease.
Late Payment Rate As defined in the Insurance Agreement.
Overdue Interest means any interest payable pursuant to Section 2.8(b) of the Credit Agreement.
Wage Rate refers to an Employee’s hourly rate of pay reflected by the pay grade of her position and her step within that grade, as set out in the Wage Rate grid in Appendix II.
Maximum Lifetime Mortgage Rate The maximum level to which a Mortgage Interest Rate can adjust in accordance with its terms, regardless of changes in the applicable Index.
Revised Rate With respect to any ARD Mortgage Loan, the increased interest rate after the Anticipated Repayment Date (in the absence of a default) for such ARD Mortgage Loan, as calculated and as set forth in the related Loan Agreement.
Base Monthly Rent means the fixed monthly rent payable by Tenant pursuant to Section 3.1 which is specified in Section K of the Summary.
