LETTER OF CLAIM definition

LETTER OF CLAIM means the Letter of Claim as detailed in any applicable Pre-Action Protocol.
LETTER OF CLAIM means any letter or written communication whether expressed to be written under a pre-action protocol or otherwise which indicates any suggestion that a Claim for damages against the insured may be made.
LETTER OF CLAIM means any letter or written communication which indicates that a Claim for damages may be made or that asserts some right whether seeking monetary compensation or not.

  • Letter of Credit means any letter of credit issued pursuant to this Agreement.
