Letter of Acceptance definition

Letter of Acceptance means the letter of formal acceptance, signed by the contractor. Procuring Entity, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties.
Letter of Acceptance means the written communication by the COE to the Contractor recording the acceptance by the COE of the Contractor's bid subject to the further terms and conditions to be included in the contract;
