Letter of Credit Substitution Date definition

Letter of Credit Substitution Date means any Business Day specified by the Company pursuant to Section 5.8 of this Lease Agreement on which the Company proposes (other than by reason of an imminent Conversion Date or Seven-Day Rate Recommencement Date (as both said terms are defined in the IDB Indenture) or the Stated Termination Date of the Existing Letter of Credit) to furnish a Substitute Letter of Credit (other than an Extension Letter of Credit) or Alternate Credit Facility in place of the then Existing Letter of Credit.
Letter of Credit Substitution Date means the date an Alternate Letter of Credit is delivered to the Trustee pursuant to Section 5.08 of the Agreement.
Letter of Credit Substitution Date means any Business Day specified by the Company pursuant to Section 908 hereof on which the Company elects to furnish a Substitute Letter of Credit (other than an Extension Letter of Credit) or Alternate Credit Facility in place of the then Existing Letter of Credit, other than in connection with a Conversion Date, a Seven-Day Rate Recommencement Date or the Stated Termination Date of the Existing Letter of Credit.

  • Letter of Credit Subfacility means, at any time, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the aggregate amount of the L/C Issuers’ Letter of Credit Sublimits at such time and (b) the Revolving Credit Facility at such time. The Letter of Credit Subfacility is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Credit Facility. On the Closing Date, the amount of the Letter of Credit Subfacility is $25,000,000.

  • Letter of Credit Amount the stated maximum amount available to be drawn under a particular Letter of Credit, as such amount may be reduced or reinstated from time to time in accordance with the terms of such Letter of Credit.
