Letter of Credit Usage definition

Letter of Credit Usage means, as at any date of determination, the sum of (i) the maximum aggregate amount which is or at any time thereafter may become available for drawing under all Letters of Credit then outstanding plus (ii) the aggregate amount of all drawings under Letters of Credit honored by Issuing Lenders and not theretofore reimbursed out of the proceeds of Revolving Loans pursuant to subsection 3.3B or otherwise reimbursed by Company.
Letter of Credit Usage means, as of any date of determination, the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit.
Letter of Credit Usage means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit, plus (b) the aggregate amount of outstanding reimbursement obligations with respect to Letters of Credit which remain unreimbursed or which have not been paid through a Revolving Loan.

  • Each prepayment required under the first sentence of Section 2.4(e) shall, so long as no Application Event shall have occurred and be continuing, be applied, first, to the outstanding principal amount of the US Revolving Loans until paid in full, second, to cash collateralize the US Letters of Credit in an amount equal to 103% of the then outstanding US Letter of Credit Usage and (ii) if an Application Event shall have occurred and be continuing, be applied in the manner set forth in Section 2.4(b)(ii)(A).


More Definitions of Letter of Credit Usage

Letter of Credit Usage means, as at any date of determination, the sum of (i) the maximum aggregate amount which is, or at any time thereafter may become, available for drawing under all Letters of Credit then outstanding, and (ii) the aggregate amount of all drawings under Letters of Credit honored by Issuing Bank and not theretofore reimbursed by or on behalf of Company.
