Level 2 Quote Display Service definition

Level 2 Quote Display Service means a Service that publishes OTC Markets Group Level 2 Quotations for the OTC Equity Securities issued by the Company that are quoted on the ATS operated by OTC Link LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of OTC Markets Group Inc. (“OTC Link”), on (i) xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx in a manner that is available without charge to any person accessing the site, and (ii) Company’s Website.
Level 2 Quote Display Service means a Service that publishes OTC Markets Group Level 2 Quotations for the OTC Equity Securities issued by the Company that are quoted on the ATS operated by OTC Link LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of OTC Markets Group Inc. (“OTC Link”), on (i) www.otcmarkets.com in a manner that is available without charge to any person accessing the site, and (ii) Company’s Website.
