Level II incident definition

Level II incident means the same as defined in 10A NCAC 27G .0103(b)(32), including a client death due to natural causes or terminal illness, or results in a threat to a client's health or safety, or a threat to the health or safety of others due to client behavior and does not meet the definition of a level III incident.
