Leverage Level definition

Leverage Level means the amount of indebtedness encumbering the Assets acquired from the Gross Proceeds.
Leverage Level the Revolving Loan Leverage Level or the Term Loan Leverage Level, as applicable.

  • The relevant ratio is above the minimum rate specified by the Regulation on Measurement and Assessment of Leverage Level of Banks.

Related to Leverage Level

  • Leverage means the aggregate amount of indebtedness of the Company for money borrowed (including purchase money mortgage loans) outstanding at any time, both secured and unsecured.

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:
