The General Insurance Conditions for Liability Insurances (AHB) shall apply.
The limit of liability under this insurance may be increased accordingly to satisfy the minimum limit requirements under the Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability and Employer's Liability Insurances.

The Independent Contractor shall provide Workers’ Compensation Insurance for all employees engaged in Work who may come within the protection of the workers’ compensation law, and, where applicable, employer’s Liability Insurances for employees not so protected and shall require all Subcontractors to provide corresponding insurance.
