Liability Records. The Lender may maintain from time to time, at its discretion, records as to the Obligations. All entries made on any such record shall be presumed correct until the Borrower establishes the contrary. Upon the Lender's demand, the Borrower will admit and certify in writing the exact principal balance of the Obligations that the Borrower then asserts to be outstanding. Any billing statement or accounting rendered by the Lender shall be conclusive and fully binding on the Borrower unless the Borrower gives the Lender specific written notice of exception within 30 days after receipt.

Xxxxx Fargo shall maintain accounting and bookkeeping records of all Advances and payments under the Line of Credit and all other Indebtedness due to Xxxxx Fargo in such form and content as Xxxxx Fargo in its sole discretion deems appropriate. Xxxxx Fargo’s calculation of current Indebtedness shall be presumed correct unless proven otherwise by Company. Upon Xxxxx Fargo’s request, Company will admit and certify in a Record the exact principal balance of the Indebtedness that Company then believes to be outstanding. Any billing statement or accounting provided by Xxxxx Fargo shall be conclusive and binding unless Company notifies Xxxxx Fargo in a detailed Record of its intention to dispute the billing statement or accounting within 30 days of receipt.

On demand by the Lender, the Borrower will admit and certify in writing the exact principal balance that the Borrower then asserts to be outstanding to the Lender for Advances under this Agreement and the amount of any Letters of Credit outstanding. Any billing statement or accounting rendered by the Lender shall be conclusive and fully binding on the Borrower unless specific written notice of exception is given to the Lender by the Borrower within 30 days after its receipt by the Borrower.

Absent manifest error, any billing statement or accounting rendered by the Bank shall be conclusive and fully binding on the Borrower unless the Borrower gives the Bank specific written notice of exception within thirty (30) days after receipt.
