LIBO Rate Successor Rate definition

LIBO Rate Successor Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.14(b).
LIBO Rate Successor Rate has the meaning attributed thereto in Section 13.7(a).

Examples of LIBO Rate Successor Rate in a sentence

  • Such LIBO Rate Successor Rate shall be applied in a manner consistent with market practice; provided that to the extent such market practice is not administratively feasible for the Administrative Agent, such LIBO Rate Successor Rate shall be applied in a manner as otherwise reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent.

  • Notwithstanding anything else herein, any definition of LIBO Rate Successor Rate shall provide that in no event shall such LIBO Rate Successor Rate be less than 0% for purposes of this Agreement.

  • LIBOR Successor Rate has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(c).

  • Successor Rate means a successor to or replacement of the Original Reference Rate which is formally recommended by any Relevant Nominating Body.

In the event that such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the "LIBO Rate" with respect to such Eurodollar Borrowing for such Interest Period shall be the rate at which dollar deposits of $5,000,000 and for a maturity comparable to such Interest Period are offered by the principal London office of the Administrative Agent in immediately available funds in the London interbank market at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period.

  • LIBOR Successor Rate Conforming Changes means, with respect to any proposed LIBOR Successor Rate, any conforming changes to the definition of Base Rate, Interest Period, timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest and other administrative matters as may be appropriate, in the discretion of the Administrative Agent, to reflect the adoption of such LIBOR Successor Rate and to permit the administration thereof by the Administrative Agent in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Administrative Agent determines that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or that no market practice for the administration of such LIBOR Successor Rate exists, in such other manner of administration as the Administrative Agent determines in consultation with the Borrower).

  • LIBOR Rate means a rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher 1/100th of 1%) determined by the Administrative Agent pursuant to the following formula: LIBOR Rate = LIBOR

  • Adjusted Eurodollar Rate means for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Loan, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1.00%) equal to (a) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserves.

  • Successor Benchmark Rate means a successor to or replacement of the Original Benchmark Rate which is formally recommended by any Relevant Nominating Body.

  • CDOR Rate is defined in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate” herein.

  • Eurodollar Rate Reserve Percentage for any Interest Period for all Eurodollar Rate Advances comprising part of the same Borrowing means the reserve percentage applicable two Business Days before the first day of such Interest Period under regulations issued from time to time by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including, without limitation, any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) for a member bank of the Federal Reserve System in New York City with respect to liabilities or assets consisting of or including Eurocurrency Liabilities (or with respect to any other category of liabilities that includes deposits by reference to which the interest rate on Eurodollar Rate Advances is determined) having a term equal to such Interest Period.

  • Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate means, with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate for such Interest Period.

  • Substitute Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.3(b).

  • Eurodollar Base Rate has the meaning specified in the definition of Eurodollar Rate.

  • Initial LIBOR Rate Not applicable.

  • EURIBO Rate means, with respect to any EURIBOR Borrowing for any Interest Period, the applicable Screen Rate as of the Specified Time on the Quotation Day.

  • Pre-Adjustment Successor Rate has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(c).
