LIBOR Bid Rate Loan definition

LIBOR Bid Rate Loan means a Bid Rate Loan bearing interest at the LIBOR Bid Rate.
LIBOR Bid Rate Loan is hereby added to Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement in proper alphabetical order to read as follows:

Examples of LIBOR Bid Rate Loan in a sentence

  • Administrative Agent is hereby authorized by Borrower to endorse on the schedule attached to the Bid Rate Loan Note the amount of each LIBOR Bid Rate Loan and/or Absolute Bid Rate Loan, the name of the Bank making the same, the date of the advance thereof, the interest rate applicable thereto and the expiration of the Interest Period applicable thereto (i.e., the maturity date thereof).

  • To the extent that such Bank’s Affected Loan has been so Converted (or the interest rate thereon so converted), all payments and prepayments of principal which would otherwise be applied to such Bank’s Affected Loan shall be applied instead to its Base Rate Loan (or to its LIBOR Bid Rate Loan bearing interest at the converted rate) and such Bank shall have no obligation to Convert its Base Rate Loan into a LIBOR Loan.

  • To the extent that such Bank's Affected Loan has been so Converted (or the interest rate thereon so converted), all payments and prepayments of principal which would otherwise be applied to such Bank's Affected Loan shall be applied instead to its Base Rate Loan (or to its LIBOR Bid Rate Loan bearing interest at the converted rate) and such Bank shall have no obligation to Convert its Base Rate Loan into a LIBOR Loan.

  • To the extent that such Bank’s Affected Loan has been so Converted (or the interest rate thereon so converted), all payments and prepayments of principal which would otherwise be applied to such Bank’s Affected Loan shall be applied instead to its Base Rate Loan (or to its LIBOR Bid Rate Loan bearing interest at the converted rate) and such Bank shall have no obligation to Convert its Base Rate Loan into a LIBOR Loan or a LIBOR Daily Loan.

  • Upon receipt of such notice, the Borrower may revoke any pending request for a borrowing of, Conversion or Continuation of LIBOR Loans or LIBOR Bid Rate Loans (to the extent of the affected LIBOR Loan or LIBOR Bid Rate Loan or Interest Periods) or, failing that, will be deemed to have converted such request into a request for a borrowing of Base Rate Loans in the amount specified therein.

  • Bid Rate Loan means a loan made by a Lender under Section 2.2.

  • LIBOR Rate Loan means each portion of a Loan that bears interest at a rate determined by reference to the LIBOR Rate.

  • LIBOR Loan means a Loan or any portion thereof bearing interest by reference to the LIBOR Rate.

  • LIBO Rate Loan means a Loan bearing interest, at all times during an Interest Period applicable to such Loan, at a fixed rate of interest determined by reference to the LIBO Rate (Reserve Adjusted).

  • LIBOR Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of LIBOR Loans.

  • LIBOR Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a LIBOR Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Loan means a Competitive Loan bearing interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • LIBOR Rate Loans means the Loans bearing interest with reference to the LIBOR Rate.

  • Index Rate Loan means a Loan or portion thereof bearing interest by reference to the Index Rate.

  • Absolute Rate Loan means a Bid Rate Loan, the interest rate on which is determined on the basis of an Absolute Rate pursuant to an Absolute Rate Auction.

  • CDOR Rate Loan means a Loan denominated in Canadian Dollars the rate of interest applicable to which is based on the CDOR Rate.

  • Eurocurrency Rate Advance means a Revolving Credit Advance denominated in Dollars or a Committed Currency that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).

  • LIBO Rate Advance means a Pro Rata Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.04(a)(ii).

  • Fixed Rate Loans means Euro-Dollar Loans or Money Market Loans (excluding Money Market LIBOR Loans bearing interest at the Base Rate pursuant to Section 8.01(a)) or any combination of the foregoing.

  • Eurodollar Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the applicable Eurodollar Rate.

  • LIBOR Advance means an Advance bearing interest at a rate based upon the LIBOR Rate.

  • Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • LIBOR Loans means a Loan or any portion thereof bearing interest by reference to the LIBOR Rate.

  • Reference Rate Loan means each portion of a Loan that bears interest at a rate determined by reference to the Reference Rate.

  • Eurodollar Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).

  • Eurocurrency Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the applicable Eurocurrency Rate.

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Floating Rate Loan means a Loan which bears interest at the Floating Rate.

  • Eurodollar Loan means any Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Eurodollar Rate.

  • LIBO Rate Advances means a Competitive Bid Advance denominated in Dollars or in any Foreign Currency and bearing interest based on the LIBO Rate.

  • Prime Rate Loan means the Loan at such time as interest thereon accrues at a rate of interest based upon the Prime Rate.
