LIBOR Index Rate definition

LIBOR Index Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point) for deposits in U.S. Dollars for a period equal to such Interest Period, which appears on the LIBOR01 Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) on the day two (2) Business Days before the commencement of such Interest Period.
LIBOR Index Rate is defined in the Note, if applicable.
LIBOR Index Rate means, for any Interest Adjustment Period after the first Interest Adjustment Period, the BBA's LIBOR Rate for the LIBOR Index released by the BBA most recently preceding the first day of such Interest Adjustment Period, as such LIBOR Rate is displayed on the LIBOR Index Page. The LIBOR Index Rate for the first Interest Adjustment Period means the British Bankers Association's (BBA) LIBOR Rate for the LIBOR Index released by the BBA most recently preceding the first day of the month in which the first Interest Adjustment Period begins, as such LIBOR Rate is displayed on the LIBOR Index Page. "LIBOR Index Page" is the Bloomberg L.P., page "BBAM", or such other page for the LIBOR Index as may replace page BBAM on that service, or at the option of Lender (i) the applicable page for the LIBOR Index on another service which electronically transmits or displays BBA LIBOR Rates, or (ii) any publication of LIBOR rates available from the BBA. In the event the BBA ceases to set or publish a LIBOR rate/interest settlement rate for the LIBOR Index, Lender will designate an alternative index, and such alternative index shall constitute the LIBOR Index Page.

  • The LIBOR Index Rate shall be rounded upward to the third decimal place.

  • Each prepayment shall be applied first to the Base Rate Loans to the full extent thereof, and next to LIBOR Index Rate Loans to the full extent thereof.

  • If such Advance is a LIBOR Rate Advance, at (i) the LIBOR Index Rate plus (ii) the Applicable Margin.

  • If, upon the expiration of any Interest Period of any Adjusted LIBOR Rate Loan, Borrowers shall have failed to deliver a Notice of Conversion/Continuation or a request with respect to such Adjusted LIBOR Rate Loan, Borrowers shall be deemed to have elected to convert such Adjusted LIBOR Rate Loan into a Base Rate Loan or, if LIBOR Index Rate Loans are then being made available, a LIBOR Index Rate Loan.

LIBOR Index Rate means for a one-month period, the LIBOR per annum (rounded upward, if necessary, to the next higher one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point) for deposits in U.S. Dollars for a one-month period, which appears on the LIBOR01 Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) on the date that is two (2) London Banking Days before the commencement of such one-month period.
