LIBOR Index Page is the Bloomberg L.P., page “BBAM”, or such other page for the LIBOR Index as may replace page BBAM on that service, or at the option of Lender (i) the applicable page for the LIBOR Index on another service which electronically transmits or displays ICE LIBOR rates, or (ii) any publication of LIBOR rates available from ICE. In the event ICE ceases to set or publish a LIBOR rate/interest settlement rate for the LIBOR Index, Lender will designate an alternative index, and such alternative index will constitute the LIBOR Index Page.
LIBOR Index Page means one of the following, as determined by Xxxxxx:

If any of the initial Reference Banks should be removed from the Bloomberg Screen LIBOR Index Page or in any other way fail to meet the qualifications of a Reference Bank, the Depositor shall use its best efforts to designate alternate Reference Banks.
For each Interest Adjustment Period beginning on the first Interest Adjustment Period until (but not including) an Index Conversion Date, the rate for the LIBOR Index released most recently preceding the first day of the month in which the Interest Adjustment Period begins, as the LIBOR Index Rate is displayed on the LIBOR Index Page.

LIBOR Index Page is the Bloomberg L.P., page “BBAM”, or such other page for the 3-Month LIBOR Rate as may replace page BBAM on that service, or at the option of Xxxxxxx Mac (i) the applicable page for the 3-Month LIBOR Rate on another service which electronically transmits or displays ICE London Interbank Offered Rates, or (ii) any publication of London Interbank Offered Rate rates available from ICE. In the event ICE ceases to set or publish a London Interbank Offered Rate rate/interest settlement rate for the 3-Month LIBOR Rate, Xxxxxxx Mac will designate an alternative index, and such alternative index will constitute the LIBOR Index Page.
