LIBOR Rate Purchase definition

LIBOR Rate Purchase means a Purchase or portion thereof accruing Daily Yield by reference to the LIBOR Rate. Unless a LIBOR Rate Disruption Event shall have occurred, each Purchase shall be a LIBOR Rate Purchase.
