Licence Commencement Date definition

Licence Commencement Date means the date on which this Licence is signed by the JCRA;
Licence Commencement Date means the date, as specified in the Licence, upon which the Licence comes into effect;
Licence Commencement Date means the date on which this Licence is signed by the GCRA Chief Executive;

Examples of Licence Commencement Date in a sentence

  • Possession of the Land may be given to you within 2 months before the Licence Commencement Date, subject to due acceptance of this letter in accordance with paragraph 7 below.

  • The certification by the Qualified Person as stipulated in clause 2.7(d) of the BT shall be in the form attached at Appendix C and shall be submitted to us within 3 years and 6 months from the Licence Commencement Date, i.e. by 31 May 2018 (“Submission Deadline”).

  • However, as a condition of due acceptance of this letter, the annual rent and GST from the Licence Commencement Date to 31 December 2014 shall be paid together with your Letter of Acceptance in accordance with paragraph 7 below and the Payment Table attached.

  • If so, then you shall be deemed a licensee upon the same terms and conditions in this letter and the BT from the date of possession until the Licence Commencement Date.
