License Activation Date definition

License Activation Date means the date that the Licensee notifies Penn that it wishes to make the License effective; provided, that as of such date, and thereafter, the ownership interest in Licensee of Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxx and Xx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx and their respective family members is equal to or less than [****] of Licensee’s issued and outstanding capital stock calculated on a Fully Diluted basis. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the License Activation Date is October 18, 2018.
License Activation Date means the date on which a Device License commences, and thereby begins the licensing term.

  • Service Activation Date means the same as Activation Date.

  • Milestone Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).
