Commencing on the License Date, Permittee hereby authorizes NTI to transmit a broadcast signal on the Channel for STV services seven (7) days per week, twenty-four (24) hours per day, subject to FCC Rules and Regulations and all of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date hereof and shall continue for a period of ten (10) years following the License Date, provided that Permittee's authorization to operate the Channel has been renewed as necessary by the FCC.
