Examples of License Issuer in a sentence

  • The License Issuer is hereby delegated authority to issue a License in accordance with the provisions of this By-law and the applicable Schedule(s) to this By-law.

  • A License shall only be issued by the License Issuer to the registered owner of the Property unless otherwise required by the Schedule relating specifically to the License Type.

  • The License Issuer may revoke, suspend or refuse to issue a License, where the Applicant or Licensee would not be entitled to a License on any grounds set out in this By-law.
