License Issuer definition

License Issuer means a Town employee delegated authority by Council as the Person responsible for issuing a License;
License Issuer means any person or persons provided the authority by the Town to issue a license under this by-law.

Examples of License Issuer in a sentence

  • The License Issuer is hereby delegated authority to issue a License in accordance with the provisions of this By-law and the applicable Schedule(s) to this By-law.
