License Package definition

License Package means the type of license selected by Ordering Activity depending on the number of hosts and messages Ordering Activity needs. License Packages are available in evaluation, small business and enterprise sizes.
License Package means the scope of the License granted to the Client for the use of the Service specified in the Order Form, including the number of Permitted Users (and Instances where applicable) for Clients who license the Service on the basis of a Named User License Model, the permitted number of Instances for Clients who license the Service based on a Per Instance License Model and/or the permitted number of Transactions for Clients who access the Service on a Transactional Model.
License Package means the scope of the License granted to the Reseller or Reseller End User for the use of the Service specified in the Order Form, including the permitted number of Users (and Instances where applicable) for Reseller End Users who license the Service on the basis of a Named User License Model, the permitted number of Instances for Reseller End Users who license the Service based on a Per Instance License Model and/or the permitted number of Transactions for Reseller End Users who access the Service on a Transactional Model. “Local Install Solution” means Services provided to the Reseller End User via a locally deployed software solution which will be hosted on the Reseller End User’s own server, system or private cloud.

Examples of License Package in a sentence

  • On receipt of GBG’s reasonable request and annually prior to the commencement of any Renewal Period or on the anniversary of the Contract Start Date, the Client shall provide GBG with a fully completed license declaration confirming that its use of the Service does not exceed the limitations set out in the License Package.

  • In the event that such audit reveals that the Client has exceeded the scope of the License Package, GBG shall be entitled recover the full cost of the audit and to seek compensation from the Client for under-licensing in accordance with clause 4.8.

  • Should the Client exceed, or consider that it is likely to exceed, the limitations in the License Package, then the Client shall inform GBG straight away.

  • A new Service Order Form, and/or a new CradleMRx Subscription and License Package Agreement may all need to be signed at the discretion of Cradle.

  • Each License Package consists of either a Single License (for one (1) User to access and use our Software at a time), or a Bulk License (for more than one (>1) user to access and use our Service simultaneously).

  • If you or Cradle do not want the License Package to renew, then one party will provide the other party written notice to this effect at least 15 (fifteen) days prior to the end of the then current annual Service Term.

  • All payments due are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated in the CradleMRx Subscription and License Package Agreement.

  • To receive the Service, customer commits to pay a one-time account setup fee (due upon setup) and also to pay the License Package maintenance fee (in monthly installments) for one year.

Related to License Package

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.

  • CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan (including any REO Mortgage Loan) and for any Distribution Date, the amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods. For the avoidance of doubt, the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee shall be payable from the Lower-Tier REMIC.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.
