Licensed behavioral health clinician means any behavioral health clinician or other behavioral health care professional that is permitted by law to practice independently and within the scope of his or her license or certification. Licensed Behavioral Health Clinicians include but are not limited to psychiatrists (Medical Doctors and Doctors of Osteopathy), psychologists, registered psychiatric nurses, master's level prepared social workers, master's level prepared social workers, professional counselors, advanced practice nurses, or as defined by Credentialing Authorities.
