As between Nura and Customer, Nura owns all right, title, and interest in and to the NuraNow Program, including the Nura Licensed Hardware.
Unless otherwise specified in the Order, Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and any damage beyond reasonable wear and tear to the returned Nura Licensed Hardware and Decommissioned Hardware.

In the event Customer terminates under this Section 5.2, Customer must return all Nura Licensed Hardware and Decommissioned Hardware received during the Term no later than thirty (30) days from the date of Customer’s cancellation notice.
