Licensed launch activities definition

Licensed launch activities means the launch of a launch vehicle as defined in the Commercial Space Transportation Licensing Regulations or the applicable license issued by the Associate Administrator for Commercial Space Transportation and as carried out pursuant to such license, and shall include all launch and pre-launch activities carried out pursuant to such license wherever performed (whether in the U.S. or elsewhere).
Licensed launch activities means the launch of a launch vehicle asdefined in a regulation or license issued by the Office and carried out pursuant to a launch license.
