Licensed Package means the Platforms, Content and any Documentation (or any part of the foregoing) provided by the Company in accordance with this Agreement;

Examples of Licensed Package in a sentence

  • Any such agreement reached between Licensee and a Licensed Package Assembler shall require such Licensed Package Assembler to clearly identify Licensed Products made for Licensee in reports to Tessera, and Tessera shall be given notice of such agreement.

  • Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use: (A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or (B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.
