Licensed Subject Matter definition

Licensed Subject Matter means Patent Rights and/or Technology Rights.
Licensed Subject Matter means (i) the Licensed Patents defined in Section 1.7 below; (ii) the Licensed Marks defined in Section 1.6 below; (iii) the Licensed Works defined in Section 1.8 below; and (iv) any other Intellectual Property developed by LICENSOR in the future relating to the development, operation and/or promotion of the Game.

More Definitions of Licensed Subject Matter

Licensed Subject Matter means any subject matter, including but not limited to products and processes, covered in whole or in part by any issued, unexpired patent claim or a claim in a pending patent application contained in the LICENSED PATENTS in the country in which said subject matter is made, used, or sold.
Licensed Subject Matter means the Patent Rights and the Know-How.
Licensed Subject Matter means any subject matter, including but not limited to products and processes, (i) that is covered in whole or in part by any issued, unexpired patent claim or a claim in a pending patent application contained in the Licensed Patents in the country in which said subject matter is made, used, or sold, or (ii) that incorporates any Technical Information.

Licensed Subject Matter shall also include Improvements if Licensee exercises its right to have Improvements included within Licensed Subject Matter pursuant to Section 3.5.
