Licensing and Enforcement Division definition

Licensing and Enforcement Division and “Division” means the Licensing and Enforcement Division, Planning Services Department, Community Services Group or, in the event of organizational changes, another unit designated by Council to carry out the Division’s responsibilities for the administration and enforcement of this By-Law;
Licensing and Enforcement Division means the administrative unit of the Planning, Building and Licensing Services Department that is responsible for enforcing the general by-laws of the City or, in the event of organizational changes, another administrative unit designated by Council to carry out this responsibility;
Licensing and Enforcement Division means the Licensing and Enforcement Division of the City’s Building and Enforcement Department or in the event of organizational changes, the appropriately titled division;
