Licensing Enforcement Officer definition

Licensing Enforcement Officer means an employee(s) or officer(s) of the City of Vaughan responsible for the enforcement of the provisions of this By-law; “Licensing Office” means the Licensing Section of By-law & Compliance, Licensing & Permit Services of the City of Vaughan, and, for greater certainty, includes the Chief Licensing Officer;
