Licensing System definition

Licensing System means AVEVA’s licensing management software which is software separate from AVEVA’s production software and is required for AVEVA’s production software to run.

Licensing System means the system of granting the license to use Services specified in the Purchase Order, including the following:

Examples of Licensing System in a sentence

  • Customer shall not be entitled to use any other software programs under the Licensing System, whether or not such other software programs are marketed by MSC under the same Licensing System.

  • A specified number of licensing units are required to run each instance of each Software licensed under the Licensing System.

  • Licensing units acquired under one Licensing System cannot be used to run Software under another Licensing System (e.g., MSC.MasterKey Tokens may not be used to run software available under the Enterprise Advantage Licensing System).

  • A specified number of licensing units are required to run each instance of any Software licensed under the Licensing System.

  • That any notice to Nationstar and/or the State Mortgage Regulators required or contemplated by this Agreement shall be delivered, if not otherwise described herein, by electronic copy to Nationstar through the “Primary Company Contact” for Nationstar listed in the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS), or similar contact system, and to the State Mortgage Regulators by direct written notification.

  • If Customer licenses Software under the MSC.MasterKey licensing system, the Enterprise Advantage Licensing Unit licensing system, or other similar MSC licensing system (each a “Licensing System”) then in addition to the above terms in Section 4.3, the following Licensing System- specific terms apply: Under a Licensing System, Customer purchases “licensing units” (e.g., “Masterkey Tokens” under the MSC.MasterKey licensing system, or “EALU’s” under the Enterprise Advantage Licensing System).

  • Software licensed under a particular Licensing System is strictly limited to the software identified in the applicable Licensing System product attachment (e.g., “Masterkey Token Summary Sheet” or “Enterprise Advantage Table”, as applicable) attached to or incorporated into the Order Schedule or this Agreement.

  • That any notice to ACI and/or the State Money Transmission Regulators required or contemplated by this Agreement shall be delivered, if not otherwise described herein, by electronic copy to ACI through the “Primary Company Contact” for ACI Payments listed in the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS), or similar contact system, and to the State Money Transmission Regulators by direct written notification.

  • If Customer licenses Software under the MSC MasterKey Plus licensing system, or other similar MSC token licensing system (each a “Licensing System”) then in addition to the above terms in Section 4.3, the following Licensing System-specific terms apply: Under a Licensing System, Customer acquires “licensing units” (e.g., “Masterkey Plus Tokens” are licensed under the MSC MasterKey Plus licensing system).

  • Licensing units acquired under one Licensing System cannot be used to run Software under another Licensing System (e.g., MSC.MasterKey Plus Tokens may not be used to run software available under the MSC One licensing system).

Related to Licensing System

  • Volume Licensing Site means http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/contracts or a successor site.

  • Operating System refers to the software that manages the Hardware Device. You have the right to use the Operating System delivered with the Hardware Device (and any updates acquired through our technical support services) only as incorporated in, and as part of, the Hardware Device and subject to the terms of the license agreement(s) delivered with or on the Hardware Device. Current versions of the license agreements are located in the documentation for the Hardware Device.

  • Nationwide Multistate Licensing System or “NMLS” means a multistate licensing system developed and maintained by the Conference of State Bank Supervisors and the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators for the licensing and registration of nondepository financial institutions.

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this ▇▇▇▇ to the Licensee;
