Limited appearance definition

Limited appearance means the type of participation in a contested case, and the rights prescribed therefor in accordance with the provisions of Sections 22a-120(b) and 16-50n(f) of the Connecticut General Statutes.
Limited appearance means an oral or written statement by a Member of his or her position and views on the issues under consideration in a proceeding governed by these Rules, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 5.
