A list of local procedures are available on request from the Employer  Incidents and accidents must be reported and investigated as detailed in LBA 00030. All incidents must also be reported to the Employer within 24 hours.  First aid must be made available either by the Contractor or use can be made of the Lethabo medical centre at a fee.
