Limited Common Expense definition

Limited Common Expense means and refer to expense of administration, maintenance, repair or replacement of Limited Common Properties which shall be assessed against those Lots or Dwelling Units having the exclusive or special rights in the use or enjoyment thereof.
Limited Common Expense means those expenses affiliated with the maintenance, repair, replacement, or reconstruction after casualty of a Limited Common Element, the costs of which are assessed only against the benefiting Unit Owner(s), as authorized by Section 718.113(1) of the Act, and if so provided in this Declaration.
Limited Common Expense means any common expense against one or more, but less than all, of the units.

More Definitions of Limited Common Expense

Limited Common Expense means any common expense against one or more, but less
Limited Common Expense means expenses separately assessed against one or more but less than all of the Units as permitted by the NCA and Section 5.1 of these Bylaws. Except where the context requires otherwise, Common Expenses shall include Limited Common Expenses.

Limited Common Expense means and refer to expenditures for (i) installation, construction, maintenance, repair, replacement and/or operation services for only a specific set of Lots or Rental Units, including, without limitation, Townhome Lots or Townhome Rental Units, for which the Association is either obligated or permitted to improve, maintain, repair, replace and/or operate, including, but not limited to, any and all improvements from time to time located thereon, (ii) the performance of any and all other services or other obligations required or authorized to be performed by the Association with respect to such specific set of Lots or Rental Units, and (iii) the performance ofany and all other rights and/or obligations which the Association may be required or permitted to perform for such specific set of Lots or Rental Units pursuant to the terms of the Articles, Bylaws, this Declaration or by law, whether set forth herein explicitly or implicitly.
Limited Common Expense means Common Expenses of the Association associated with the maintenance, repair or replacement of the Limited Common Elements or the Units as determined by the Executive Board.
