Line Clear definition

Line Clear means the permission given from a block station to a block station in rear for a train to leave the latter and approach the former; or the permission obtained by a block station from a block station in advance for a train to leave the former and proceed towards the latter;
Line Clear means permission obtained/given by the SM of a block station from/to the SM of adjacent block station to dispatch a train;

Examples of Line Clear in a sentence

  • Work should be so planned that the Line Clear is returned before or at the time indicated.

  • In case the Line Clear cannot be returned in person, the same may be returned to the Line Clear Issuing Authority over Telephone by naming the Code Words assigned and the telephone number which is used for naming the Code Words assigned.

  • If Line Clear is returned over telephone, the Line Clear Return Form duly filled and signed should be sent to the Line Clear Issuing Authority by post immediately for record.

  • Before return of the Line Clear, it should be ensured that all the men, materials, tools/tackles etc.

  • If unavoidable delay is anticipated advance information should be given to the location from where the Line Clear is issued.

  • In case two or more different Code Words are issued to the two or more persons in whose favour the permit is given, those persons must jointly return the Line Clear by naming their own Code Words.

  • Detailed rules framed by the Licensee pertaining to such works and Line Clear Permits (LCPs) shall be circulated to its personnel as part of its internal administration.

Related to Line Clear

  • Line Cap means, as of any date of determination, the lesser of (a) the Maximum Revolver Amount, and (b) the Borrowing Base as of such date of determination.

  • Swing Line Loans as defined in Section 2.6.

  • Swing Line Availability has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(c)(i).

  • Swing Line Commitment the obligation of the Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Loans pursuant to Section 2.6 in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed $10,000,000.

  • Swing Line Facility means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04.

  • Swing Line means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04.

  • Refunded Swing Line Loans as defined in Section 2.3(b)(iv).

  • Swing Line Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.04(a).

  • Swingline Committed Amount means the amount of the Swingline Lender’s Swingline Commitment as specified in Section 2.4(a).

  • Swing Line Outstandings means, as of any date of determination, the aggregate principal amount of all Swing Line Loans then outstanding.

  • Swing Line Lenders means each of the Lenders that has a Swing Line Commitment on Schedule 2.1 hereto, or any successor swing line lender hereunder.

  • Swing Line Lender means Bank of America in its capacity as provider of Swing Line Loans, or any successor swing line lender hereunder.

  • Revolving Outstandings means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Revolving Loans, plus (b) the Stated Amount of all Letters of Credit.

  • Revolving Credit Outstandings means, at any particular time, the sum of (a) the principal amount of the Revolving Loans outstanding at such time, (b) the Letter of Credit Obligations outstanding at such time and (c) the principal amount of the Swing Loans outstanding at such time.

  • Swing Line Loan Notice means a notice of a Swing Line Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.04(b), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B.

  • Swing Line Loan Participation Certificate a certificate in substantially the form of Exhibit I.

  • Aggregate Revolving Credit Outstandings shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.2(b).

  • Line-make means the name of the motor vehicle manufacturer or distributor and a brand or name

  • Refunded Swing Line Loan has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(c)(iii).

  • Swing Line Advance has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(c)(i).

  • Revolving Loan Outstandings means, at any time of calculation, (a) the then existing aggregate outstanding principal amount of Revolving Loans, and (b) when used with reference to any single Lender, the then existing outstanding principal amount of Revolving Loans advanced by such Lender.

  • Total Revolving Outstandings means the aggregate Outstanding Amount of all Revolving Loans, all Swing Line Loans and all L/C Obligations.

  • Total Revolving Credit Outstandings means the aggregate Outstanding Amount of all Revolving Credit Loans, Swing Line Loans and L/C Obligations.

  • Swing Line Participation Amount as defined in Section 2.7(c).

  • U.S. Swingline Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 2.04 as a “U.S. Swingline Loan.”

  • Revolving Facility Usage means at any time the sum of the outstanding Revolving Credit Loans, the outstanding Swing Loans, and the Letter of Credit Obligations.
