Line Clear definition

Line Clear means the permission given from a block station to a block station in rear for a train to leave the latter and approach the former; or the permission obtained by a block station from a block station in advance for a train to leave the former and proceed towards the latter;
Line Clear means permission obtained/given by the SM of a block station from/to the SM of adjacent block station to dispatch a train;

Related to Line Clear

  • Line Cap means, as of any date of determination, the lesser of (a) the Maximum Revolver Amount, and (b) the Borrowing Base as of such date of determination.

  • Total Revolving Credit Outstandings means the aggregate Outstanding Amount of all Revolving Credit Loans, Swing Line Loans and L/C Obligations.

  • Swing Line Participation Amount as defined in Section 2.7.

  • U.S. Swingline Loan means any swingline loan denominated in Dollars made by the applicable Swingline Lender to a US Borrower pursuant to Section 2.2, and all such swingline loans collectively as the context requires.
